Same as other reviews- can’t fault anything really. Helpful friendly staff, rooms comfortable and spotless, breakfast very good. Very good value for money.
One small quibble would be the plastic cutlery- useless for cutting food/eating properly and not helpful for the environment- but we accept this is common practice.

The Lakeside Inn is a gem to be enjoyed. You could not get any closer to the Lake which is stunning. The owners were superb and so helpful. Great barbecue area if you do not want to eat out. We only wished that we had stayed more than one night

Spoke to a lady named Jessica. She is was very kind and considerate and allowed early check in my father. He had flown in a long trip from England, very tired and is elderly. I felt reassured all the way in England that my dad would be taken care of. Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Our kids loved being able to have a hot

The only reason for the slight down vote on cleanliness arises because the bathroom is very tired with a chipped bath, some mildew on the caulking and a hanging out of the wall shower head.
