The hotel itself, and the rooms in particular, are very well laid out and kept very clean. A sitdown tabletp kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop, rice cooker and a washer/dryer.

"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. "We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!"
