A fantastic host with a lovely apartment. Prior to arrival, received all necessary information by whatsapp. We were really pleased by the decor and feel of the common area and there is a kitchenette with tea and coffee available. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, excellent pillows! The bathroom is an accessible wet room style. In and around the area the shops, restaurants and attractions are easily reached on foot. Parking in the port garage was 21eur overnight.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful hotel! My husband and I stayed at So & Leo's for two nights. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. Adjoining bathroom had an excellent shower, plenty of towels and supplies. Coffee and biscuits available in the common area. Our hostess, Siminoa (So) was so gracious, friendly and fun. She allowed us to check-in early and to store our bags on the afternoon of our last day. The guest house is centrally located across from the old harbor, with easy access to restaurants, outdoor cafes, & shops. The heart of the old city is but steps away. Highly, highly recommend.

Simona was absolutely brilliant in her communication, and responded immediately on the one issue we had (confusion on our part). A lovely lady who made us feel incredibly welcome. I would hugely recommend this place.

Lovely stay in Genova
We had a lovely stay at Simona’s place, very clean, comfortable and beautiful room. There is a small shared kitchenette with a very useful products.

The place is amazing, in the middle of downtown but very quite and safe, Simona was amazing with everything, and we were as home!

Très agréable séjour chez Simona à Gênes
Très bon séjour dans le logement de Simona ! Elle a été adorable et compréhensive ! Tout était parfait ! Logement propre et accueillant. Très bonne situation pour visiter Gênes à pied. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Dans un premier temps, il importe de dire que le So&Leo se trouve au 9e étage d’un immeuble commercial en rénovation. Au moment de notre séjour l’ascenseur a été en panne une journée complète. Bien que Simona la propriétaire nous accueille chaleureusement, un deuxième irritant se présente avec la climatisation défaillante dans notre suite. Un appareil portatif a été mis à disposition mais, ce dernier faisait plus de bruit que de bien. Nous avons dormi avec des bouchons dans un chambre à 28 degrés à l'ombre comme la chanson de Jean-François Maurice.

Parfait pour une escale à Genes !
Notre hôtesse etait très accueillante et nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite et de restauration. La chambre est parfaite et bien placée et nous a permis de beaucoup apprécier la ville. Le parking est payant (mais vous avez une réduction grâce à So&Leo) et à 5 min à pied de la chambre.

Situato proprio davanti l'acquario la struttura è confortevole, arredata con gusto e pulita. La responsabile è una persona cordiale, allegra e che ci ha aiutato al meglio in tutte le nostre piccole richieste e bisogni per il soggiorno.
