great location with amazing view
We had a first floor room which looked out onto the beach. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Not much of a breakfast selection.

Great hotel
We were on our honeymoon for 2 nighta.. We had a room with a view to the beach. Internet addicts: WiFi was awful, don't rely on it. The service was impeccable though. The people are so nice & eager to provide assistance for anything. They are so sweet, and their recommendations were great.the breakfast was modest. The location is on the beach , but not much to do around besides tan (summer) and walk around coast. Nice restaurants in area, but many were closed by 10ish.

What do you mean, no parking???
A quaint old hotel only 2 rooms wide right on the beach of Genoa (Genova) in a popular area for the locals. There is insufficient hotel parking (2 cars), so you have to park in a public parking area - if you can find a space. Once in, you may get blocked in by beachgoers. Very risky. Staff are friendly and the place is really quaint. A/C worked well and view was wonderful. Bed was like sleeping on plywood - but little sleep anyway if you are stressed out about being able to get your car out in the morning! Pass on staying here. Point it out on your way by and say "look at that cute hotel..."

Hotel on the sea
The hotel was adorable and the view outstanding. Ask to go to the roof at night! The hotel has a deal with a restaurant on the opposite side of the street;good price and good food!

A bit disappointing from a B and B stand point. I've had better value in other locations. They said it was near the center and it was not at all. Did not speak English well

Short notice stay
Needed a hotel at very short notice & this hotel was perfect. Right on the sea front with a car park either side of it, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds & spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast & very good coffee. Cross over the road & there was a number of bars serving good food. Will be booking again on my next trip to Italy

Nice old style hotel, the location is great in front of the beach, good restaurants and coffe-bars around. Is the perfect place to go and just relax. Great!!!!

Never again
The club down the street played music keeping us awake until all hours of the night. VERY thin and uncomfortable bed. No lift! I was just not comfortable here. No designated parking. Asked for a sea side room and did NOT get it. I would not stay again.

A atendente Cláudia foi muito cortez. entretanto um outro atendente foi grosseiro em vários momentos, sem paciência. nos foi passado informações incorretas sobre o estacionamento ao lado e fomos multados pela cidade. café muito pouco diversificado, com pouquíssimas opções e vc tem que ficar solicitando café ao atendente. esqueceram de colocar sabonetes e shmapoo no segundo dia. o Hotel é lagal, tinha tudo pra ser diferenciado mas precisa melhorar muito.

El hotel es viejo, por lo que lo impresionante de su fachada no corresponde a sus habitaciones, no tiene ascensor por lo que no es adecuado para maletas grandes. Si embargo esta muy bien ubicado a la par de la costa, por lo que es muy relajante si le gusta el sonido del mar.

l' hotel e' un antico castello le consiglio prima di prenotare di leggere tutto attentamente , infatti c'e' scritto chiaramente che non abbiamo l ascensore proprio perche' e' un edificio del 500 grazie

l' hôtel est atypique, original, remise en état d'un très ancien batiment, sympa , la salle petit dej en sous sol, la vue sur mer, la plage voisine, mais l'environnement n'est pas propre du tout et la route côtière contre a un trafic de fou.

Castello bellissimo sulla spiaggia di Pegli. Da fuori una location da favola! Dentro è rustico con arredamento all'antica ma è perfetto essendo un castello! Pulizia gentilezza del personale.

Epäsiistiä, henkilökunta töykeä. Ainoa hyvä puoli oli merinäköala. Rannalla heti hotellin edessä on kuitenkin aina ihmisiä. Aamiaisella likaiset aterimet, itse aamiainen järjestetään kellarissa.

Il y a une différence entre vieux et vieux mais malheureusement il y a ceux qui ne le comprennent pas! Le style reflète la structure d'un ancien château et son charme est tout simplement ça !!! Le prix payé? elle voulait la chambre avec vue sur la mer avec la terrasse qui est généralement donnée aux familles ... prétendre payer un taux inférieur ?? nous avons également réussi à lui plaire à sa demande ... si ce sont ses prétentions, il devait choisir un autre type d'hôtel. Quoi qu'il en soit, tout est écrit et les photos sont surlignées sur le portail afin qu'aucune surprise ne puisse être trouvée à l'arrivée

Directly at the sea
Beautiful “Castello” at the sea. Friendly staff. Simply but beautiful rooms. Good price. The beach is right next to the Hotel. Definitely recommendable :-)

+ gutes Hotel + direkt am Strand + diverse Bars in der Nähe + sehr gutes Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel + gratis Parkplatz vor dem Hotel + sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal + bequemes Bett + nicht allzu Grosse Zimmer, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung + alles vorhanden was man braucht: Dusche, WC, Haarfön, Steckdose, TV - Frühstücksbuffet könnte mehr enthalten und sollte rascher aufgefüllt werden

Rispondere ad una persona che non rivela la sua identità mi sembra assurdo ma ci proviamo visto l'accanimento gratuito alla nostra struttura, ad un hotel 3 stelle con le tariffe consone anche perché non è di nostra competenza attribuirci le stelle ne tantomeno inventarci le tariffe; per questo ci sono gli uffici delegati...potrebbe rivolgersi direttamente a loro!!! Gli arredi rispecchiano la struttura del castello della fine del 1500 e si posso definire antichi e non vecchi... Per quanto riguardare l 'ascensore sarebbe una nota stonata che rovinerebbe l 'atmosfera! e comunque basterebbe leggere prima di prenotare un soggiorno...si trovano tutte le informazioni...spiacevoli sorprese non se ne possono trovare!!! quindi Anomymous per il futuro legga legga legga!!!

avrei preferito ricevere la camera vista sul sito al momento della prenotazione... invece telefonando mi è stato detto che la camera da me visualizzata sul sito non poteva esser prenotata poichè di categoria superiore. Colazione molto buona, peccato ci sia poca scelta. Molto delusa dal fatto che mi sia recata apposta in questo hotel per aver vista mare frontale e invece per vederlo dovevo sporgermi a destra dalla finestra .

mi spiace , ma come avra' sicuramente visto il nostro è un antico e piccolo castello , le camere sono tutte differenti e tutte vista mare e spiaggia anzi siamo ubicati sulla spiaggia buona giornata

Accettiamo molto volentieri una struttura vintage con pochi confort ma pagando € 120,00 ci saremmo aspettati una colazione DECENTE !!!

Salve, ci spiace sentire che non vi siate trovati bene presso la nostra struttura. Ancora di piu' siamo dispiaciuti nel sapere che quattro tipi diversi di brioches, focaccia, torte, cereali misti, fette biscottate pan carre', yogurt, miele, marmellata, crema di cioccolato, due tipi di succhi, acqua gas e naturale e frutta fresca non siano una colazione decente. Vi ringraziamo della Vostra visita.
