"Room perfect, cleaning everyday on request."

"Room was filthy, strong smell of urine in the toilet, thick dust everywhere, shower was dirty and mouldy. Bedding stunk of old sweat. Poor quality mattress and pillows had the worst sleep. Room was freezing small heated provided that was a fire risk. Had the most annoying locks on the room door which would start sounding loud alarms. Felt really understaffed. "

"There is city tax to pay and parking to pay for at the front desk. Which was not announced in the booking. The shower is just a handheld in the bath. This was nit what i would expect for such a place "

"room weird overhanging car park and basically next to road. car park entry too narrow, no wash cloths. shower enclosure insufficient size to perform one needed task of keeping water in shower. no shampoo, conditioner - just all in one soap. entry to hotel from car park stairs in narrow hallway are steep and cramped. breakfast-horrible. tv channels insufficient. restaurant just ok. charged me 15 euros extra for late checkout.overall stay 3/10"
