So, this is a no-frills hotel in a great location. The rooms are really small and the layout is a bit inconvenient with the orientation of the bed causing one person to crawl over the other in order to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel is run by a bunch of twenty-somethings, but they did an excellent job and were really helpful. Outside of the small room, our stay was quiet and comfortable. You will hear the trams as the street adjacent is the tramway, but they didn't bother me. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location in the old town. The lake view rooms are not worth paying-up for as the lake is too far away for a view. Breakfast is good, but ridiculously expensive with no cook to order. All considered, I probably wouldn't stay there again because of the size of the rooms, but that's the only real drawback.

Great location, very modern style used for booking process and room amenities. We would like to give this hotel 5 stars because everything was perfect. Especially because we were treated so nice and with so much compassion due to missing our luggage by the airport for 2 days. These two employees made our stay so relax and beautiful. Iris and this amazing guy that I can’t remember his name right now. I am getting old. lol These two made out stay amazing 😘 Thank You Citizen M hotel for hiring such beautiful people. ❤️

Recognizing that Citizen M isn’t targeted at my age group (room was decorated like a freshman girl’s dorm), I have the following comments: The shower and toilet are a few feet apart and everything got drenched. The room smelled of cigarette smoke with a strong overlay of disinfectant. The “lake view” we paid extra for was a tiny sliver you almost had to squint to see - not worth it. The main area decor was rather techno-dystopian, but I recognize this may be geared to the under-50 crowd. Breakfast was ok, but quite expensive.

Very small rooms, feels like being on a cruise ship, but the space is so well organized that I did not mind the small square footage. Great hotel with funky/artsy decor, good breakfast, very central, quiet.

This is a unique property, as it’s very high-tech and very efficient! Everything is at the touch of the button. The rooms are small. The bed backs up to the window, but how often are you in the room anyway?! It had everything we needed and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly and responsive! This hotel was in an awesome location! Walkable to everything! We loved it and will definitely stay here again!

Luxury if you are just out of prison as the bedroom is the same size. 2 meters x 5 meters. Width is exactly that of the double bed. I genuinely believe no hotel should be allowed to have such unacceptably small rooms. Unless it is the cheapest in Geneva and you can only afford it, do not not book here. You have been warned

The hotel is very modern and very clean. Although the rooms are small, they are awesome - king size beds, blackout shades, and a rain shower. Strong wifi throughout. The bar and lounge space is casual with a nice variety of seating options. Staff were friendly. We chose a courtyard facing room and there was zero noise at night. Highly recommend!

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel close to everything. Only issue we had was the cleaning staff on the day our room was to be clean completely. We believed they forgot to do our room and by 5pm, we contacted the front desk and they had someone go to our room to clean it. However, they did not empty the trash which had 3 days worth of garbage in it nor did they replaced the toilet paper. I had to call the front desk to have someone take the garbage away and bring us toilet paper. Besides this, I highly would recommend this hotel.
