"My first night was very comfortable; I noticed a few ants and flying bugs near the window but didn't think much about. I killed a few and went to bed. The next evening when I got back into the room, the insects had multiplied around the air conditioner. When I awoke in the morning, there were dozens of ants on the curtains and the flying ants had reached the rug and bathroom. I was checking out the morning and reported the problem to the desk person that checked me out."

"This location was very close to the airport, they offer shuttle services free of charge. The location is very clean, the staff were very friendly, the cleaning crew we're friendly as well when ever we needed fresh set of towels after a soak in the hot tub and indoor pool they we're friendly to give. We had stayed here 2 nights with my service dog, who never once gave me any issues with. I do want to point out just one thing. The details to the rooms in the website needs to be worded differently. We chose a suite that had a King size bed that looked like a 2 bedroom apartment we were 2 families and thought this was the best option offering 1 king size bed in one room and a queen in the other. When we got to the hotel the room had a king size bedroom and a nice living room with a separate living room area like in the picture yet it was a sofa bed queen size style. We were a bit uncomfortable because we did not have privacy when changing clothes or getting out of the shower freely. Other then that everything else was 👍"

"The property was very clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, coffee excellent. However, the room was quite humid and the air conditioner was insufficient, which made sleeping difficult. Also, the plug ins next to the bed were worn out, so the plugs didn't stay in the socket."
