"You want to stay here if this is on your way through Missouri! Easy on and off the highway and the staff is some of the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. Bonus that an excellent BBQ Steakhouse restaurant is just across the parking lot.😉"

Like mostly the hotels these days have toilets way too close to the ground but this one at least had a bar you could hold on to to get up. The hot breakfast was excellent and the person staffing up went out of her way not to just take care of that but catch the door if you were going out with your luggage whatever really on the ball"

"Nostalgia is why I booked here. The new owners are thankfully trying. They allowed me to switch rooms after first being put in room that smelled like smoke. They also were kind when I shut my keys in the car. I had to request towels for the new room and plug in the fridge. The air wouldn't stay as constant warm fan, so the cycle sound effected my sleep. I love being able to park right up to the room. I love the old time look and feel, but some updates to feel like the bedding is clean is needed and some updates for electricity to feel safer."
