"Staff was more flexible about moving us to a room on the first floor than the 2nd floor after my wife got stuck with our luggage on their luggage cart on their one elevator. It was only about a 10 minute wait and they were very prompt to get her out. The hot tub was excellent and the best hotel one I've seen in a long time. The breakfast was lacking probably because the picture of that they show on their site is of a restaurant attached to the property NOT the breakfast area."
