"The rooms are much nicer than the building looks on the outside. Needs a refresh, but the room I had was definitely on point. Super clean, luxurious. Elevators are quick, and the room was very quiet. For that reason alone, I'll be back again and again."

"I worked at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN many years ago, so the bar has been set pretty high with my hotel property expectations. This hotel, the Best Western in Lafayette, IN, not only lived up to my expectations, but exceeded them as well. The main reason is that the bed had to be the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in. The colors of the room were beautiful...very soothing and relaxing. Exceptionally clean. Nice in-room amenities. Breakfast bar was good. The only negative, was that the in-room coffee could probably put hair on your chest if you drank very much of it! LOL :) I interacted with several different staff on the phone and in person and each person's customer service was also exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay there again if I am in the area."

"For the price this hotel was a great stay! Staff was all very friendly and greeted us when we went walking in at 10 pm. Only thing that was a little off putting was in our room it looked like they had just replaced the ac system with a smaller unit & the finish around it wasn’t was very appealing, but ac worked so it didn’t bother me any. You can tell that it’s an older hotel and it’s being updated as they can."

"We did not get room service during our stay. I did not put the sign on the door that says do not disturb because we wanted fresh towels. The room was the same as we left it that morning. I did go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and washcloths as we were not given washcloths the first day. They did not have enough clean towels or washcloths to accomadate. The breakfast was just okay. Not what I expected, for the early morning people it was not ready at 6:30 when it was supposed to be opened."
