Clean, comfy beds that didn’t feel like they were borrowed from a 1980s hospital ward. The bathrooms had clearly been updated a few years ago and were sparkling, well-stocked, and honestly better than a lot of big-name hotels we’ve stayed at. Housekeeping? Absolute legends. Friendly, cheerful, and definitely doing a great job. We saw a previous review bizarrely commenting on someone's race—seriously? If you're rating people based on their ethnicity instead of service, maybe you're the problem. Just saying. Check-in and check-out were smoother than a coastal breeze—grabbed our keys from the holder and dropped them in the box on the way out. No fuss, no queues, no awkward small talk.
