The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

This is a nice hotel. When getting 2 beds the rooms are more spacious. Very easy access to everything I wanted to do. We walked a lot but we also took the subway and the bus.

"Charming location, easily found from motorway. Historic building, could hear next door guest talking, luckily they didn't do that much, let alone snore. No TV in room so couldn't cast from phone. But maybe a good thing or we would have heard other room's TV too. No coffee /tea making facilities in ..."
