"We were welcomed by the owner and she was charming. We had medication that needed to be refrigerated and she couldn't have helped more. The room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was great and at the time we requested. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that evening but the owner was happy for us to picnic in the garden.....even offering plates or washing up. Our only disappointments....the room was small. The beds ....twin .....were against the walls with just a small cabinet in between byt there was air con, needed as there was a heatwave.Unfortunately there was no fitment in the bathroom to turn the shower handset into an overhead shower. "

"Booking through hotels.com was very easy reservation was confirmed quickly. I was sent emails about checking in, I could check in using auto system. However, when I arrived at the hotel the system required booking reference. Unfortunately I had not been supplied with a booking reference. So I had to wait outside the hotel for over an hour before staff member turned up. The hotel itself though was very good. "
