"Fabulous hotel, facilities and staff. Beautiful view of the river and sitting on our balcony was lovely. Our room was spacious very clean and comfortable beds. Very well located for visiting the city and great transport hubs."

"Amazing friendly v helpful charming staff! Everyone of them ! Lovely room overlooking river with big windows - warm and quiet with air con if needed Welcome bottle of Cava - a thoughtful surprise Nice bar too with outside seating area to watch the world go by - just had cheese board late one evening and it was great v sale for less than £10 WiFi iffy but reception have private individual routers for guests Breakfast brilliant huge choices and another treat - Prosecco and 0% free for guests to make Bucks fizz or just quaff!! Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return !!"
