This is an apartment hotel. The asvantage is that the room is equipped with a small kitchen and a washer. The disadvantage is that there is just a tiny lobby with one person and it gets crowded and busy. Also, this is the only hotel that charged us to store our luggage

Great location, horrible breakfast

Great location with walking distance everywhere. The staff is amazing and the girl cleaning the place is a gem! It's clean and the location felt supersafe. The bed although is not a queensize even if you order it, it's two small bed pushed together with unfortunately was a huge problem for us since my partner is over 2m. The breakfastplace is a mess. But overall a great and affordable hotel!

Great location in between two great shopping restaurant streets. Near the canal. Coffee, dining and shopping. Helpful staff, clean and hot showers with great pressure. Safe secure. Remember to book at least 24 hrs ahead to arrange parking at the hotel otherwise park on a nearby street. Traffic starts around 3 pm.

Perfect

Booked for a 3 night couple break. Apartment was fantastic with great views. In the heart of the old town, minutes from everything. Apartment was very clean and modern. Everything you would require was supplied. The coffee machine with the pods was a really nice touch. Shower was lovely and powerful. We stayed in the two floor two bedroom apartment. It was nice to have the extra toilet on the top floor. Oh and the underfloor heating was so nice !

I didn’t like to be asked for a deposit as I arrived! The room was charged on my Visa already!I didn’t like the check out to be at 11:00! I didn’t like to be charged to leave my luggage ( no hotels have ask that before)!l didn’t like the bathroom sink(too small, not practical!)I liked the bed very comfortable!

Problems

Unfortunately, our overall experience was negative. The day we arrived I received two messages containing check-in information, e.g., room number and the passcode to the room. I was a bit confused since they sent me codes for two different rooms. Not a big deal, I was just curious which room we should go after arrival. The reception was open so we did not have any problems to check-in. However, there was a circus going on, since there were very confused customers, and one of them was on the phone saying "--you have to pack your stuff, that is not our room they have given us wrong one --". And the other customers were understantably worried that is the room clean, if some other customers have already settled there possibly for hours... But as I mentionded, our check-in was easy. Anyway, after that "circus" I was just worried if they have sent the passcode to our room to someone else, as I had the code to the room which was not ours... How safe is that? Secondly, we booked an apartment from this hotel because they offered rooms with kitchen. For two people we had two forks, two glasses, two spoons etc, which is a bare minimum. No any equipment to do any dishes. Full size dishwasher was nice but does it make any sense to run it only for two forks? The most horrible thing was that all the plates, mugs etc were super dirty and used, not washed! We did a favor to the next guest and washed every single kitchenware we found...

Location is very central. It is next to the Basilica and a few minutes walk to the town hall, boutiques and restaurants.

Good location, clean and nice.

Very clean and nice. Booked three rooms for six people each, and we all slept comfortably. Would definitely recommend. Loved the bathroom. I'd stay here again. Location was super.

Super plass!

Vi var på jobb reise til gdansk og hadde eit perfekt opphold. Ene kvelden fungerte ikke heisen, og min kolega som er dårlig til bens fikk hjelp 4 etasjer opp trappene av den snille resepsjonisten. Vi kommer hjerne tilbake hit.

Läget perfekt, nära till det mesta. Vi valde ett större rum med kök nyrenoverat och fräsch, dock lite lyhört. Ingen frukost på hotellet utan man kunde köpa till en biljett och gå till utvald restaurang helt okej men väldigt många restauranger erbjuder frukost till liknande priser. Nöjd med vistelsen.

Fantastiskt hotell mitt i gamla stan!

Vi var 9 kompisar som hyrde 2 lägenheter, fantastiskt fina och nyrenoverade, med alla bekvämligheter, nyrenoverade badrum mm. Det enda som kanske var lite minus var bäddsofforna, var inte så himla bekväma att sova i, men vi fick en extra madrass, då blev det bättre!
