Dejlig tæt på centrum

Dejlig lejlighed. 5-8 min. Gang fra den gammle by. Der er legeplads hvis man har børn med.Dejligt rolig område.Der er grønne områder i nærheden. Resturanter og supermarkeder lige ved siden af. Lejligheden er tæt på hvor man skal hente nøgler. Det kunne have været rart med en velkomsmappe, omkrig affald, hvor gør jeg af det, sortering osv. Meget lidt køkkeredskaber. Kaffemaskine var i stykker, vi købte så noget pulverkaffe.Da ejernen skulle give tillades til der blev købt en ny.Inden vi skulle derned havde jeg prøve at kontant udlejningsteder de var næste umulige at få fat fat i både pr. Telefon og mail.De svaret ikke på mail der blev sendt via app.

Veldig fin leilighet med balkong,formiddagssol,utsikt mot elven og nærområdet.Buss og trikkeholdeplass like i nærheten.Matvarebutikk like ved. Mindre enn 10 min. å til gamlebyen. Leil. har eget soverom og dessuten sovesofa i stuen.Litt dårlig lysskjerming i stuen.
