"We stayed at the Kaila Hotel from 16–22 August as a family of 15, and it was truly one of the most memorable holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of our holiday. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the daily themed cuisines made every meal something to look forward to. A special thank you to Adil, an exceptional chef whose attention to detail and passion for food were evident in every dish. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the à la carte restaurant, and the flavours, especially the olives, were unforgettable. We would also like to thank Mehtap and Zehra Abla for their warm smiles each morning and their delicious gözlemes, which were the perfect start to the day. Mızrak and Nadia were equally wonderful, always making us feel comfortable, welcome, and well looked after. This was more than just a holiday—it was a special experience that created lasting memories for our entire family. Thank you to the entire Kaila team for your hard work, kindness, and dedication. We do not write reviews lightly, and this one comes from the heart. We would love to return and experience the same warmth, hospitality, and incredible food again. "The photos of the rooms accurately reflect the actual accommodation. However, the sea view included in the rate was not provided, with the explanation that there are no such rooms at the apart hotel. The grounds are pleasant and well maintained, although quite small. At the café “U Victor,” you can have a coffee or buy some soft drinks. The main issue was that, upon arrival, the services included in the Expedia booking did not match what the hotel actually provides. In practice, the booking covers accommodation only, while almost everything else has to be paid for separately. Any housekeeping, towel and bed linen changes, and replacement of other amenities are charged separately, regardless of the length of your stay. This was not clearly stated on Expedia. In the end, however, you can enjoy a good Turkish coffee with the manager and sort out any issues in a friendly atmosphere. Be careful when making a reservation, as there is another hotel in the neighbouring building with the same name. According to the information provided to us, it is not officially operating and does not have the necessary permits to accommodate guests, although it still accepts guests. P.S. The beach in this area is quite rocky, and the section suitable for swimming is very narrow, with people packed in almost shoulder to shoulder during busy times."

"Since the property is old you would feel like its less maintained, also our rooms were not filled with all amneties like dental kit. Beach are stones and pebbles to a bit uncomfortable. But all of these were small things considering all the positives. Overall it was a great stay if I see all the positives like food, and swimming pools."

"Day One — a place you’ll want to come back to ❤️❤️ We really enjoyed our stay at Day One and were absolutely delighted with our choice. There is truly something special about the atmosphere here: beautiful views, the sea, style, and an amazing vibe. We would especially like to thank Tatiana, a member of the hotel team and the event organiser. It was such a pleasure to meet her! Tatiana personally gave us a tour of the hotel, explained everything in detail, and showed us around. Thanks to her, we were able to experience the atmosphere of Day One even more deeply. Thank you so much for such wonderful attention and hospitality! 🌸 During the day, you can really feel the youthful energy, excitement, and vibrant atmosphere — music, movement, and a great mood. In the evening, everything changes: it becomes calm, cosy, and incredibly pleasant to simply enjoy the beautiful view, relax, and spend time by the sea. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back again, but next time for a longer stay. Day One has left us with the warmest impressions and wonderful memories. We highly recommend it! ❤️"

"Best hotel I had ever stayed! Modern, fresh, clean, food in restaurants was excellent. Love sauna and the pool! The best part is the management team and staff-- nice, friendly, accommodative, willing to go extra mile to help. They have taxi service at the hotel at a very reasonable price. Overall, A+ price, room, and service. And finally, very safe!"
