"The hotel is under major renovations and it’s badly needed. I made the reservation but wasn’t alerted to this until after submitting payment which I believe is fraudulent practice to customers. There was plaster and paint peeling off the ceiling above the check in desk upon our arrival which was reason enough for me to find a different hotel.
