"The staff was extraordinarily helpful. They helped plan customized excursions for us, checked our train reservations for us, and when the train was “diverted” to Patna, provided us on short notice with cars to take us all the way to Varanasi."

"Overpriced considering the location. Food and breakfast was terrible and service super slow. Far from everything. Staff constantly kept finding pretexts to enter the room. The roof of the hotel has people living on it (hopefully the staff)."
