Hotel Delta International

4.0 star property
4.4 out of 10, (7)
"Large
family
room with good AC and furnishing; very clean. Accessible by car - this option is not available for many of the good hotels in Bodh Gaya as only e-rickshaws are permitted to access the vicinity of the Mahabodhi temple. Very courteous and helpful staff in the front desk and restaurant. Good food, cooked to your taste and specifications. Property is located centrally within easy commuting distance of Gaya, Bodh Gaya and Gaya Airport. Ideal place to stay if you have work in Gaya as well...

Hotel Taj Darbar

3.5 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (13)
"This is a 3 star hotel located about 1.5 miles from the Mahabodhi temple and the Bodhi tree. (When I booked it, the map showed it being very close, but it isn't.) It mostly caters to an Asian audience (Indian, Thai, Tibetan). The restaurant is excellent, as are its prices. (I would order a la carte instead of doing buffets). The room is a bit old and quite small. The bathroom was very nice. The staff is for the most part very friendly and helpful. "
