The Hotel did not accept that I had paid Expedia immediately when I booked it a month ago.
It took over an Hour to resolve this problem.
The food in the Restaurant for the evening meal was very poor. The beef was very tough and the Dauphinoise potatoes looked as they had been reheated many times!
A stop over for us on route from UK to Switzerland. Room was clean and nice. Car parked just outside room in a courtyard. Very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Excellent food and wine. Good value too.
Nice hotel, good reception, but room and bathroom were a bit poky - could have done with refurbishment. Great parking. Dinner was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Very Covid conscious in the hotel - gave a sense of security.
Such a cute hotel just over an hour from Calais, so perfect for staying there before heading for the ferry home. The staff were so friendly and looked after us very well. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very spacious. Easy to park outside and the biggest bonus was the fantastic restaurant. The chef cooked me some chicken which wasn't on the menu (but I did ask a day or so before if it was possible). Everyone else enjoyed their food too and we just weren't expecting such a superb meal in such a little village. We will be back as we travel this way each year
They couldn’t find our reservation, then they couldn’t get the key to work for a few hours. The room was very old and worn. The sink was all cracked. The whole hotel was old and tired and in desperate need of paint and a good cleaning.
The food in the restaurant was awful.
The shuttle only goes to one terminal, and then you have to walk a mile to catch train to the other Terminal. If we had been told the shuttle only goes to terminal 2 we would have just taken an Uber, but because no one would speak English to us we didn’t know that the shuttle only went to terminal 2 and we almost missed our flight because of it.
An unlikely holiday destination but a perfectly serviceable stopover en route from London to Paris. Friendly, English speaking staff and English or French menu in the restaurant which overlooks green fields full of wildlife and walks. Comfortable, clean room with excellent shower and tea making facilities with Whittington tea bags – the best Earl Grey tea I think I have ever tasted. I wonder why it's not available in the UK. All in all I was very happy with the hotel.
Attractive little hotel in lovely grounds in a quiet hamlet outside Arras. Ground floor rooms could do with blinds or net curtains to aid privacy are they are open to the courtyard car park. The hairdryer reminds me of the 1980 ‘s...needs an upgrade. Evening meal was outstanding and staff friendly and helpful.
Hotel was close to Vimy Ridge which is what we wanted. Hotel had a quaint rural inn ambiance. The staff was very pleasant. The room we had was a bit tight for space but adequate.

Arrived to locked and deserted reception. Entrance code found by chance on rear of a notice! Car park gates locked whilst in room. Pure chance member of staff visited briefly or would have been locked in overnight. No restaurant on a Sunday. Avoid.
