Love the river view from our balcony. Far enough from the center of Gatlinburg to get away from crazy traffic and too many people. They are friendly and welcoming here.

Broken elevator, seemed to be for a long time. Broken juice machine, no effort to fix or bring juice for patrons,nothing but coffee to drink. I have 2 small kids. TV barely received 7 channels, glitched constantly, the channel guide showed 53 channels. Access corridors were filthy. Reception desk was lousy.

It's an old property, but in fairly good condition. I liked that it had no carpet, only wood floors.

There was no elevator had to walk up stairs and I’m an elderly lady. There was no TV we had to sit for three nights without TV. This is when I complain about.

The staff was so-so. The lady we checked out with was the best one they had in the office. The pool area was dirty but it was cold when were there so we would not have been it anyway. Our room was clean, the fireplace is more for looks than heat. It’s not as close to everything as we thought it would be so we would definitely stay closer in next time. There was black bear on the property each night because someone placed trash into a construction dumpster. Overall we had a good stay but as always there is room for improvement.

The elevator doesnt work. The hot tub was luke warm. The pool was freezing. To top off the curtains in the room were broken and didn't close.
