While the property looks newly updated, many of the amenities are in poor condition. The TV had a red ring around three sides which was nearly always noticeable. The shower looked new which makes sense because it was very confusing to work and in my very non expert opinion probably hooked up backwards. The room was insanely damp, more than even outside, to the point that the bag they hung to trap water was completely full when we arrived. Staff was generally friendly and cleaning happened every day, though our sheets on the first day were dirty. Would not recommend.

Modern and clean, no coffee machine. Just outside of the main Gatlinburg thoroughfare but within walking distance to everything. Comfy queen beds and actual pillows with substance!

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly, and the pricing was very affordable. Our room was perfect for our needs as we were out and about every day with activities planned. The walking distances were totally manageable too! We will be back!

I will say this place is very clean. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. However the bed was very uncomfortable and the comforter was very thin. I was also irritated because we had a long drive and we’re exhausted so when we finally got to sleep around 9 PM and alarm went off in our room and scared us out of a dead sleep. I called the front desk to see what was going on and they said somebody was smoking in the room that it alarms every single room. I said well I hope that does not happen again because we are trying to rest before our drive to New Orleans tomorrow. I just found it very odd that someone else smoking in their room alarms everybody’s room. We did not see any bears which a lot of people on the review said they did I was a little sad about that but this place is convenient if you don’t care about comfort then you should book here.

The price was fantastic and the room was clean. The shampoo had a strong chlorine smell & they had no conditioner, so I'd recommend bringing your own. Overall, I felt like it was a great value.

Property is clean and the owners are very friendly. Our room didn’t have any chairs so you sit on the bed or bring a chair in from outside. Bathroom is small, but works fine. No coffee in the room however they have a Kureg at the office.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Only issue I had was a slight smell of the room, but I brought a room spray and it helped. The metal under bed was annoying as it was difficult not to kick it. Affordable.

Cute rooms. Convenient for walking to town if wanted. Super nice staff. I didnt like the hearing and air. It wasnt bad but i couldnt reach the on button and its an ac and heat unit.

It was awesome, so close to all the activities that you could participate downtown of Gatlinburg, TN especially with it being walking distance to the parks ex. Anakeesta Sky park! Great place and view highly recommended.

You can’t beat the price. The room was clean, beds comfortable and had a good size smart TV. While the bathroom was small it was recently renovated and nice. The office staff was great.

Definitely needed a deep clean but not horrible if you just glance over everything. Shampoo and conditioners were from different hotels? And no hand soap bar like most hotels, just a body wash left at the sink to use? A little too far for myself to walk to the main Parkway area in the cold but would be fine in the warmer months. A few inches of standing water in the bathtub as you shower because it drains so slow. Did see a bear crossing the street as I was leaving one day.

This motel is very clean, and there are not any bugs of any kind! That is important to me! The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate any needs. The staff is available by phone 24/7 and they are very helpful and attentive. I also appreciate that I can walk down to the center of town in Gatlinburg and have access to restaurants, and lots of shops!

Basic good motel
Nice little motel. It was clean, beds were comfortable, no complaints. No coffee maker in our room, which was a little bit of a bummer but no huge deal. Location was good. We walked to the main strip each day.

This is an older property so theres that. If you want new its not for you but if you want basic no frills but very affordable this is great. Clean cheap and good location. The desk attendees where very polite and checking and out no problem. Close to Alamo steakhouse and several Pancake restaurants. Beds where firm and pillows comfortable. Only issue was strong air freshener used for cleaning but aired out after fanning the door. We where satisfied with the stay.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. If you needed anything, they would get it or help you right away. Beds were comfortable. Could hear people early in mornings. But I'm a light sleeper. A nice Waffle house about a mile down the hile. Great food. Not the one on the right side of road, the one on left. Town was just around the corner. Hillbilly golf is really fun less than a mile. You can walk everywhere. I'd stay at this place again.

Our stay was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights, we were close to a pizzeria that was delicious and we were able to walk to a convenience store near by to get snacks! The owners were very nice, the room was clean, overall a great experience!
