"Quick and friendly check-in, and it was really nice to be able to just park in front of our room and get right in (especially in -20c weather and with hockey equipment)! And the room had everytbing we needed for a comfy nights stay, including a mini fridge for our drinks and snacks. Location was also great with shops and restaurants all around. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus just before a busy hockey day, with bagels, toast, cereals, cheese, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and COFFEE!! Great stay!"

"The room decor was so fun! Nostalgic, but modern! Bathroom is new and clean - lovely toiletries provided. It has been so long since I've seen an in-room mini bar and snacks (for a fee) - awesome. Also complementary tea and coffee available. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent staff at front desk. Noted: contacted hotel at 5am dec 2rd to confirm reservation Service ised by hotel could not find reservation and pushed for me to make another reservation. Insisted on direct contsct with front desk at hotel. Called and young gentleman immidistly confimrd reservation. Extremely helpful, kind, professional.four stars for this employee. Parking ok. Breakfast ok."

"I enjoyed the room , bed was quite comfortable. It was easy walking to byward to check out all the Christmas celebrations going on in the market. The food and beverages at the restaraunt in the hotel were great as was my bartender Ariel. "
