"We’ve stayed at several all‑inclusive resorts, so we generally know what to expect. This property had a few highlights, but also several things that didn’t work well for us. Pros • Swim‑Out Room: The room was ready on arrival, and the pool was clean and well‑maintained. The foliage had recently been trimmed very low, so it felt less private than expected. • Friendly enough staff Things to Know • Room Layout: There is no table or chairs inside the room. We enjoy playing cards, and without a proper surface, our options were limited to the bed, floor, or an outdoor lounge chair. The only table-and-chair setup was by the main jacuzzi & noise. • Noise Level: The resort is highly energetic, with music and activities running all day until about 11pm. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere, you may love this, but those sensitive to noise may find it overwhelming (even in a building close to the beach). • Food: The food was hit‑or‑miss for us. *Mostly miss*. You also cannot take food back to your room without a major issue. You have to order from a reduced option room service menu. • Storage: The room has limited storage—just a few hangers and two small drawers—so longer stays may require suitcase living. • Vacation Club Invitations: Staff approached us several times to attend a presentation. Overall, this did not align with what we were personally looking for in a resort. It would be a good fit for those who prefer to be entertained/high energy environments. "

"We loved the room and the location, just the shower would flood a little but that was our only complaint!"

"A/C did a good job keeping the room comfortable. My biggest issue was only one complimentary bottle of water??? Seems like a cheap-out thing. Also the trash can next to the toilet was half full when getting in to the room. But, they did manage to charge for the two bottes of water used from the minibar. The restaurant is decent and the comp breakfast was adequate. Pool area was nice. I'd stay again."

"It was new and very clean. It looked very nice. It was not good for someone who has trouble walking. Everything was far. And because it's right on the main Street, it's very loud all night long from trucks and construction and very difficult to sleep. "

"Food wasn't the best. But if you're looking for a cheap holiday, close to the beach its great. The staff are amazing. Definitely would go back!"

"Room was clean Staff friendly but the communication is you request something from the room don’t get delivered. Hot tub fine Pool amazing no complaints "

"The room was very clean, the pool was nice, and the staff was wonderful. Our problem was the Prostitution. You can expect to see around 20 single men staying on their own, and bringing Prostitutes in all night and early morning at breakfast. Not a place for families. "

"This resort only the pool club and food is good. Staff is ok. But I made a reservation with a king size bed and got a room with two full size beds when it was only me and my husband. Also the bar is too far from the pool. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. "
