"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite.
Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "It was very comfortable stay. Friendly staff, clean room and very convenient location. A few minutes away from the tram station. Breakfast was quite good as weill.

"Great location, fantastic breakfast, staff were very friendly, superior double room was very comfortable.
Only small issues was could have done with more wardrobe space for clothes and the shower took a long time to drain. But overall a fantastic stay."

"Fantastic hotel, really cool and well kept interior- excellent breakfast selection - no sign of any commonly allergic nuts e.g peanuts, pistachio. Cashew , pecan, walnut. Even gluten free selection at breakfast. Room was big and very clean and everything worked well."
"The rooms and hotel were clean, including spa and gym area. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. surrounding area was convenient with bus stop right in front and a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.
Every single staff member I came across was super friendly and helpful.
