"Lovely hotel in a great location, easy walking distance to the castle, botanic gardens, cathedral and more. Made to feel welcome by all of the staff throughout the hotel. Food was great from the bar and the restaurant, cakes from the bar were lovely too.. Our Riverside room was fantastic, great view and incredibly comfortable. The Spa was lovely but access to the jacuzzi is limited and controlled by a light system.. Not come across a system like this before and it really didn't seem to work well.. Not sure why the Jacuzzi isn't free to use continuously like most other spas.."
