"Location is excellent just on the fence of the Jim Corbett National tiger reserve dhikala zone. Absolutely calm atmosphere without much traffic movement on the road. A perfect destination for family stay with swimming pool. The staffs are very cordial in their behaviour and accomodate to the additional requirements of the visitors. The personal care extended by the owner in case of any immediate needs is amazing. Food quality is very good. The resort gives a complete feel of a peaceful stay."

"Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. "

"Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

"It was a pleasant and memorable stay experience at Bel-La Monde Hotel Riverside. Located on NH309 Appx 11.5km from Ramnagar Station. Property is clean, rooms are Cozy. They have Lovely Cottages as well. Some rooms are at Bank of River. One of best and unique that they have dedicated Villa having 5-8rooms with private Swimming Pool. I wish I could stay here. Nevermind, next trip sure as manager Mr. Daud promise to Upgrade nextime we come here. Due to time lack, we couldn't enjoy HORSE RIDING they...
