"Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room. Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits.. Thanks"

"Very Disgusting Service and Unpleasant Experience by KGN Guest House: 1. Two Bookings was debated and treated as like a Single Booking. 2. Rooms assigned wasn't ready for accommodation and foul smelling. 3. Debated the online booking confirmations and confronted for one hour on arrival while given the same room to offline persons. 4. All pillows, towels and toilets were dirty. Most of the good photos provided in the website was belonging to VACCANY INN adjoining the KGN. 5. The Service person cribbed and treated us bad all through the stay. 6. Most of the electricals were open end wires and fans weren't working in both rooms. 7. On top of all ot was shown 700 mts from lake whereas it was 2.2 Kms from Lake. 8. All together the entire property was like a Bat Cave in look and feel and smell."

"This was an exceptional stay. We met the GM Mr David who took a personal interest in our stay upgrading us to a VIP room which was exceptional. He was amazing. We really appreciated the special attention. Even gave us his baseball cap for our trip into Jim Corbett."

"This property is outstanding ! From rooms , restaurants , food , ambience , garden , staff . All are great . Our room had issue that water flow from shower head , hand shower etc all were very slow and team was not able to improve it . This was the only negative . Otherwise , we had all meals included , even high tea was good ! One can walk down to Kosi river , for river side feel ! Would love to come back "
