Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

Horrible experience!!!!! The water was shut off in our room. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and very old. Your clothes will start smelling dump even in your suitcase with poor ventilation. The toilet was not draining and no one came to fix it. There was no cold water and could not shower. We left with no showers and had to use the lobby restrooms. If you can avoid booking them do so!!!!!!!!! The only positive was 2 staff members who helped us beyond measures and were amazing Mr. Riyaz and Mr. Ali. They provided guidance to us.
