The icing on the cake has to be the staff - I have stayed in several high end, boutique hotels in my time, but have never encountered such wonderfully friendly, accommodating and professional staff. They really made the trip extra special."

"Loved this hotel. It’s in an office area twenty minutes (free) tram ride from the old town. The hotel itself is very clean, almost as new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast in the very comfortable restaurant. The rooms are nicely laid out with large showers and high quality extras like a Bluetooth speaker, large TV, games console and toiletries."
