Let's start with positives because I'd rather be positive. The in-room large bath Jacuzzi was AMAZING. Very cool feature and is in fact what made me select this place and room. Tub was clean, jets worked fine, very relaxing for my girlfriend and I. The room itself was huge which is always nice. King bed was comfy. Sheets clean, no bugs. Okay, let's get into some nitpicks I guess. I mainly want to point this out so property owners can jump on it and have this awesome property reach it's full potential. This is for room 107: You can definitely tell there's a pervasive mildew issue, it's not egregious yet but it's detectable. I noticed some spots around the windows and lots of water spots, most likely got blasted by the last rains. Good to treat area with some anti-mold chemicals and prevent any serious growth. Grout in bathroom is straight up black, easy fix with a Bissell steam and some chemicals. Make that bathroom shine! It's not world ending stuff, just probably a staff that's been working VERY hard non-stop and hasn't been able to catch up on things. Everyone was very friendly so I know they can ramp this place back up to it's full potential!
