Wonderful hospitality, clean, odd decor.
House converted to B&B, was double booked so I ended up not getting the room I reserved, but fairly compensated for the mix-up. The owner(s) genuinely care about this place as a business and that was apparent from the very first interactions. Bring your own breakfast or have time to head to a restaurant in the morning because you won't get a decent breakfast here. No restaurants in the neighborhood, have to drive 30 mins to Big Spring for mediocre options or 45 mins to Midland for decent options. This B&B gets a 10/10 for hospitality. Pretty much a "what we have is yours to enjoy" vibe. They do have a hot tub (outdoor, for when it's not 100F), a "gym" in the garage that rivals most hotel "fitness rooms" and an area to grill in the back (which would alleviate the restaurant scarcity issue). If I am in the area again on business, I would likely stay here again and bring food to throw on the grill. Only two complaints: room got a little warm in the middle of the night and from what I can tell is central air, no in-room control, and the bathtub in my room was a claw foot with no fixed showerhead. Showering while holding the showerhead in one hand was ... interesting.
