Très beau cadre, mais propreté et confort décevant

Le cadre est agréable et la vue vraiment magnifique. En revanche, l’état général du logement est très décevant : mobilier vétuste, agencement peu pratique et entretien insuffisant. Nous avons trouvé de nombreuses toiles d’araignées et, pour un service hôtelier, il est regrettable d’avoir dû faire le ménage nous-mêmes. Une fois le canapé-lit déplié, il devient difficile de circuler. À plus de 165 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment décevant.

Une nuit en famille à 4. Très belle vue, cadre calme. Très déçus de notre séjour cependant. Le ménage a été fait en partie : draps propres, 2 taies d'oreiller non changés, lit parapluie sale (vomi a l'intérieur : le personnel nous a changé le lit immédiatement), sols non balayés, les deux gobelets de la salle de bain contenaient du dentifrice des anciens locataires, des verres sales dans le placard. Jeux a disposition pour les enfants. Piscine agréable en période de canicule mais l'échelle de la pataugeoire est cassée et dangereuse pour les enfants (raffistolée avec de la ficelle sur du PVC...) Au tarif payé, beaucoup trop cher et pas adapté à la location. Le personnel de l'accueil était très aimable et compréhensif.

Excellent view, very friendly staff, enough deck chairs at the pool. Appartement pictures are different than reality, there’s no twin beds in the bedroom but bunk beds - cleanliness could be improved by removing small spiders from ceiling before guest arrival.
