Needed my room cleaned. Never got cleaned or restocked. I was there for 6 nights. Shouldve at least got one day of cleaning but Im home now and next time will be VRBO House rental.

THE PROPERTY WAS NEAT AND THE STAFF WAS COURTESY AND HELPFUL. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING UNTIL WE REALIZED THERE WERE NO GRAB/SAFETY BARS IN THE SHOWER. WE ARE BOTH IN OUR 80'S AND THE GRAB BARS WOULD HAVE MADE US FEEL MUCH SAFER WHILE SHOWERING. MY WIFE DID NOT SHOWER AS SHE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THAT THERE WERE NO SAFETY BARS.WE HAVE STAYED IN COMFORT INNS BEFORE AND GRAB BARS WERE PRESENT IN THE SHOWER. WE WILL HAVE TO REMEMBER TO ASK BEFORE WE BOOK AGAIN

I enjoyed very much my stay since it was my daughter Wedding and the hotel was near the location. Staff was wonderful very nice and welcoming. I would like to mention a employee who was very helpful and made my stay more pleasant. Her name is Sherry. If i not mistaken she is in charge of Breakfast. Such a wonderful employee....will stay soon again.

Clean relatively new hotel with indoor pool. Situated right on Rte 41, so truck traffic at night can be loud because of traffic light at bottom of hill. Could do better with reducing plastic. Do we really need to shrink wrap every cup? A water cooler would be nice. Nice hotel if traveling.

It wasn’t terrible…just expect things to be clean. Inside of fridge was had sticky goo, room was dusty and you can only turn right out of property.

I was given a room that was not handicapped which I had booked. Then after being there an hour a person walked into my room saying she was given a key for the room I was in. Because of this my room keys no longer worked. The next day I returned to the hotel after being out for only a few hours and my room keys again did not work. I was then a bit paranoid for the rest of my stay because the end of the hallway that I was on was quite noisy which made my door rattle quite a bit.

Short but great stay.
Found comfort inn while doing a short weekend trip with the family in Lancaster. Daughter loved every second of the hotel. The indoor pool she had to herself, the breakfast she thought was great. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Overall positive experience. However, our first room was by the vending machines and the hum coming through the wall kept us from sleeping well one night. We asked to be moved and were accomodated. Bathrooms need two things for better safety. The bottom of the tub is slippery and there are no grab bars or handles anchored to the wall to steady oneself. Toilet paper roll could be better located, quite a backhanded reach as is and roll falls off the holder.
