"We arrived at the hotel too early, not the hotels fault but check in was 4pm but we waited for 6 hours before we could check in. The lady at the reception said that the room was not ready and that we could check again later to see when it is ready . No water was offered . We waited 6hours . Although ..."

"We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are all very polite and attentive. We had a great room with 2 balcony areas.
