"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. "Highly recommend staying at Jasmine Apartment. Excellent location right off of Kalidasa Road - quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean with very responsive staff. The front desk attendant, Akaash, was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Front desk was present 24/7 making my late night ride from Bangalore feel safe."
