Very nice resort by the beach. Extremely dog friendly for those who bring their k9 pals everywhere. Checkin/check out were very smooth. Everyone was very nice. Only drawback is there is no “room service”. There’s a couple of items you can order that is from one of the restaurants. So if you’re have a late night out and are hungry, better to stop somewhere and bring it to your room. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

The elevators were a bit slow, but otherwise this is a fantastic property. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

A lovely hotel where the staff are so friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities too. Room was very comfortable and lovely ocean view. Only criticism, was the executive lounge could have had more variety of food at happy hour. It was the same every day.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Beautiful views of the mountains too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with very comfortable beds! Highly recommend!

The check-in line was way, way, way too long. I had to take a number with close to 200 others waiting ahead of me. They definitely need to have more check-in staff and counters.

Nice hotel with easy beach access
The hotel is nice and the staff is great. We really enjoyed the location as it was an easy walk to the beach. The elevator situation, however, was not the best. It would take forever to get an elevator and we didn't know this but some of the elevator banks only go to even floors and others only go to odd floors so the first time we got on, we got on the wrong elevator and had to go down and take the other "even" elevator. Once the crowds left after the holiday weekend, the elevator situation wasn't as bad. We had breakfast every morning at the bakery downstairs, which was nice but did not get to try the other restaurants at the hotel. It's a kid friendly hotel in terms of the amenities and activities but for a family of 4, the rooms were just not big enough. We ended up having to split up because the only options were a double bed plus a twin or two twin beds.

14층방에 있었는데 방안에서 곰팡이 냄새가 심하게 났어요. 복도에서도 곰팡이 냄새가 났고요. 방안쪽 커튼이 찢어져 있었고 빨지않아서 검은 때가 많이 묻어 있었어요. 스태프분들은 모두 친절했고 손님이 편하도록도움이 되려고 노력하는게 느껴졌어요. 에꼬 호텔이라고 하는데 왜그리 크게 지었는지 이해가 되지 않네요! 소나무 숲까지 밀고나와서 진정한 에꼬호텔이라고 하기에는 무리인것같아요.

They mentioned ‘dog stays are free’ on website ( and there are no fees mentioned on other section as well!!) and they charged at the end. I think this is NOT professional. I went into the room and floor wasn’t clean and I was pretty upset.

Be prepared to wait a while for check in..
Location and cleanliness of hotel was good but some major flaws - we had to wait for HOURS to check in. There’s a system where you get a waiting number but no indication of how long the wait is (and we had arrived quite a bit earlier to see if we could check in early). There are no amenities at all because of their eco scheme - vending machines with the amenities on each floor though which makes you question the ‘eco’ scheme.

위치는 좋으나 체크인을 하기위해 한 시간씩 기다려야 하고 가격에 베해 호텔은 형편 없습니다. 그리고 수영장을 사용하기 위해 따로 입장료를 내야하고요. $350 내고 어메니티도 없는 호텔 그리고 호텔 발코니에 빨래를 걸어 두어서 미관상 보기도 안 좋았고 호텔 주면의 쓰레기도 널려 있어서 별로 였습니다. 체크인 할 떄 프론트에 있었던 직원이 최선을 다하는 모습에 감사했습니다. 아침에 커피숍은 열지를 않아서 멀리까지 나가서 커피를 사러 가야했고요. 젊은 직원들은 친절했습니다.

Such a terrible hotel in Korea.
This is really a non capable hotel which has too much rooms that they can’t even handle, not enough staffs. A bunch of people were waiting at the lobby for check in. Really like a market. I was luckily checked in by kiosk, when I get into the room, it is very tiny and dirty. All dirtiness was on the table and furniture maybe the previous user made it. So annoyed. I don’t even want to complain as I saw how this hotel works from the lobby. This should not called as a hotel. I have never experienced such a terrible accommodation. I strongly recommend Do NOT use this hotel.
