Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". "The hotel needs lots of maintenance, rooms are old, Air-conditions are not efficient, washrooms are outdated, I had to change my room twice."

"the hotel is 5.4 miles from downtown. THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Stoneridge would have been worse, and with blackouts all around given its distance outside the city."
