"Check in took a while, could not find my reservation. Room was new and recently completed so aircon was not working and no remote for tv. Breakfast was dissapointing. Good shower, hot shower, good size bedroom, comfortable bed."

"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. "Room is full of cockroaches. Breakfast not included in the rate while it want explained at booking time. Breakfast quality very very low for the money charged for it. Expedia is also blamed for no transparent rates. "
