"This is an older hotel and it shows a bit even after the renovations. With that said, I still like it much better than the Best Western next door. It's locally owned, everyone is very nice, clean, and easy to get around. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk noticed I used canes. I hadn't requested an accessible room because I can manage, and I knew they didn't have an elevator, but he insisted on moving us down to a first floor room. Last time we stayed at BW (a couple months ago), we had to check in at a kiosk and had trouble finding anyone for help when microwave didn't work. We have stayed at Omak Inn numerous times, including at the last minute when there was a water break at our house there. Highly recommend."

"Location is perfect - right across the street from lake, we were able to swim every morning without having to move our car. The property is beautifully maintained with flowers everywhere. Room was nice, beds were good - too many pillows, though. Literally ten pillows on each bed."
