Totally lives up to its name.
This place truly lives up to its name. Set atop a mountain with amazing views, Each room in our party was well-thought-out and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Our only super minor issue is that we couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat so our room was a bit toasty and there was no tea kettlein the room for morningcoffee or afternoontea. But the fridge and bathroom heated floor were bonuses!

Hotel Splendid?
We originally booked for Hotel Splendid (another hotel on the same complex) but when we arrived this hotel was completely unoccupied. We were then informed that we had been transferred to the nearby hotel Sporting! This information really should have been communicated by email in advance. A similar thing happened when awaiting dinner one evening - another guest informed us that dinner was being served that evening in nearby Majestic hotel. The hotel reception meanwhile had watched several of us waiting, and didn’t bother telling us! It is a shame because the accomodation, food, and facilities are fantastic. Clearly the management and running of this complex needs a overhaul

A splendid hotel!
A wonderful hotel for a very relaxing 'do little' holiday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was absolutely spot on.Local town has everything you want, bars etc. Train routes for Venice and Lake Garda an easy ten minutes walk to local railway station.

We were booked in Hptel Splendid. The hotel wad empty. An employee took us to the Radisson next door and the clerk forwarded us to the Sporting Hotel. Pool area and bar nice. Restaurant good. Hotel is dated. Paint peeling on the outside; mold on the balconies. An odd orangish carpet with furniture from the 70s. Was ok for an overnight. Was an older clientele.

We actually stayed in Hotel Sporting, which is part of the overall Radisson set up here. We were told it was an "upgrade" and so looked forward to it. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly and we got to our room assisted by the porter. Then we started noticing things; such as - the toilet was continually dribbling, the left hand sink (of two) only had hot water, the right hand sink had a crack in it. Then, we stepped out onto the balcony to view the area where the rubbish is stored and looked over our heads to see flaking paint and concrete just starting to rot. The room itself was very good, the beds were comfortable but, as a couple, we prefer a double bed. Lighting and carpeting were appreciated, as was the spacious cupboard to hang your clothes. While we thought breakfast was excellent and had a very good range of food, it was the evening meal that we struggled with and, I believe, the main issue for us was that the dinner staff don't speak English as this resort seems to cater for German and Italian clientele. Thus we didn't know bread was freely available and that we could have had vegetables with our main course for no extra charge. At one stage I also ordered some orange juice. My glass was taken away and replace with one half the size which was then returned half full. Indeed, I had the juice of one orange only. The setting of the dining area was lovely, comfortable and clean. The swimming pools (3) were brilliant and heated.

Nice Spa hotel with sports activities
Great place for relaxing. The pool is excellent, the water is warm and there are several jacuzzis. There are tennis courts and a nine hole golf course.

Actually we stayed in hotel Sporting,wich is one of 4 Radisson hotels in the area. Love the hot swimming pool,tennis courts,massage treatment ,rooms ets.

NOT A GOOD BUSINESS HOTEL
Hotel is impossible to find as it is within a Radisson complex and is not signposted. When you do find it there are no reception staff and you need to go to the Radisson to check in - then return to the Splendid. The hotel appears pretty new and rooms are well appointed, but because it isn't fully staffed the breakfast is a buffet and poor quality. Location is very rural.

Struttura stupenda immersa nel verde. Ci sono terme, campi da golf, tennis, calcio a 5, piscine e alcuni alberghi. La stanza era favolosa, grande con due balconi e un letto matrimoniale enorme oltre a un divano letto. Pure il bagno è grande e molto confortevole. Personale gentilissimo e molto premuroso. Si può parcheggiare di fronte all'hotel all'interno del residence e sotto agli alberi. Molto bello anche passeggiare all'interno del residence. Colazione ottima e ricca di prodotti diversi e freschi, sia dolci che salati. Hotel superconsigliato

Esperienza positiva nel compleasso. Cena e colazione davvero spettacolari. La qualità del cibo è eccellente. Sono rimasta un po' delusa del fatto che avevo prenotato una struttura e mi sono ritrovata in un altra senza il minimo avviso prima dell arrivo. Il navigatore con le coordinate della posizione che trovi nella prenotazione ti da una posizione mentre l entrata è nella via vicino direi che questa cosa è da sistemare. Per il resto nulla da dire. Terme grandi e confortevoli, esperienza positiva

Questo hotel ha un arredamento più datato rispetto agli altri due del complesso e necessita sicuramente di migliorie . Comunque i servizi sono gli stessi e le piscine molto belle quindi il soggiorno ne vale la pena considerando il prezzo un po' più basso.

Ho prenotato all' hotel Splendid dove ero stata un anno fa e mi ero trovata benissimo , all' arrivo ci viene detto che abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade all' hotel Sporting , una struttura vicina un centinaio di metri circa , così non dobbiamo uscire x fare colazione poichè allo Splendid non c'è il ristorante ed avremmo dovuto uscire dall' hotel e rientrare al Majestic ( 20 metri ) per fare colazione . Ho risposto che non volevo andare allo Sporting dove ero stata 3 mesi prima e non mi ero trovata bene , pochi lettini nella piscina interna e occupati da asciugamani fin dalla mattina da persone che poi andavano nel pomeriggio o addirittura si presentavano alle 18.30/19.00 a riprendersi i teli avendo occupato i lettini tutto il giorno inutilmente ed obbligando gli altri a stare sulle sedie , un black out durato più di un'ora in una piscina senza luci di emergenza e durante il quale NESSUNO del personale si era fatto vivo anche solo x assicurarsi che andasse tutto bene.... Alle mie rimostranze hanno risposto che avrei dovuto farlo presente al bagnino , beh il bagnino praticamente si vede verso le 18.30 quando inizia a sistemare x la chiusura . rimaniamo quindi allo Sporting xchè in realtà lo Splendid è chiuso e tutto buio e come previsto nessun lettino libero fin quasi alle 17 , il mattino seguente nessun lettino e nessuna sedia liberi e ci accomodiamo nei tavolini del bar (chiuso) e vi rimaniamo fino a circa le 14 prima di trovare una sistemazione. Non torneremo

2 giorni di relax
insieme di diversi hotel tutti racchiusi in un unica area comune. il servizio ristorazione era presente all'interno di un unico hotel, cosi come la reception. molto bella l'area termale esterna. abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Splendid. camera silenziosa e dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali.Colazione e ristorante ottimi, abbiamo fruito del serivizo mezza pensione.
