The property is perfectly placed near shopping and dining options. For a single evening in Galway to see some of the city, the location is excellent to quickly walk and enjoy the evening. The place was clean, comfortable, and very enjoyable. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect for a one night stay in Galway! It’s a perfect snug room but has everything you need, great shower, comfortable bed, in a prime location right on Quay Street. Nice friendly easy check in. You have to park in a car park but it is very close.

This is a great hotel with absolutely lovely staff! The location was absolutely fantastic as well, located right in the middle of some of the best night life in Galway. The only thing I will warn is that it can be loud outside depending on what room you are in! We had a great view of Quay’s but sometimes took a few minutes extra to fall asleep due to the night life outside. However, it’s totally worth it and if you have the opportunity to stay, please do! It’s a great hotel in a great location. The people made it even better :)

The Snug is in the heart of the action in Galway. However, it is very loud early into the morning with bar revellers and around 6am when the cleanup begins. Great visit. Not a great sleep.

This place was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It really was snug and cute and in the middle of everything and anything you could ever want. It's not quiet or tucked away, so be prepared for that energy. It was just what I was looking for. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. You are in the heart of Galway, walk out of the door and turn in any direction and you will find something to do or somewhere to go. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

in the Latin Quarter with lots of restaurants, nightly music, buskers, coffee shops and shopping. easy walk to promenade and walkable to Salt Hill. Fell asleep to the music coming from the Quay bar and restaurant.

Pros: Easy location to walk everywhere! Stylish and modern. Good deal with parking garage close by. Amazing water pressure for shower. Despite being on a busy street the room was rather quiet. We were top floor. Cons: Beds were not the comfiest! Springy. Lots of stairs (no elevator).
