Galliate Lombardo Trip

Extremely quirky hotel but very clean room and helpful staff. The restaurant on the 6th floor had a wonderful menu for dinner and the food was great quality. Breakfast was good but missed a bit the cooked food section. Overall I would recommend it if staying near Linate Airport.

Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.

Clean, nice facility. Comfortable bed, good shower. Very good breakfast. Convenient location. Did not have enough baseline towels. Could not get the TV to work

While i agree with the other reviews that the rooms were very dark, i did not have any issues with the AC and I visited in mid July when it was very hot. Not sure why they chose to cover the rooms (walls, ceiling, carpet) in very dark blues and reds, but it is definitely not conducive to doing any kind of work in the room. Going for an art deco vibe? But i guess for me, I went to Milan to see Milan, not to hang out in my hotel room, so it was fine. I did get a room on the top floor which meant the room had high ceilings which was nice. The continental breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy, but fine. I would stay here again if the price was right and as long as i wasn't planning on spending a bunch of time in the room.
