The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Zur Überraschung von Hotel und Gast war keine Buchung von expedia zu finden und keine Anmeldung vorhanden. Meine Reservierung konnte ich vorlegen. Trotz fehlender Buchung konnten wir übernachten, da noch Zimmer frei waren. Das möchte ich nicht noch einmal erleben !! Siegfried Kottwitz"

"Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions. When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."
