"The service was quite poor from the start, we requested double bed and we got two single ones. No shampoo nor shower gel in the apartment, no working wi-fi."
" The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. The atmosphere was good. There are multiple showers and restrooms available. The kitchen is nice with tables where you can sit and eat. Washers and dryers are available for a small fee per use. They are good quality. All in all, I would recommend this hostel."

"They refused entry on arrival despite having a booking reference. They asked me which room I was staying in - I said I didn’t know as I was trying to check in. Security told me to go. I left and am pursing a complaint "
