"This hotel is advertised as “excellent,” but there are no genuine reviews to support that claim. The room was not properly cleaned—there were clothes left behind in the wardrobe from a previous guest. The WiFi was extremely weak, often unusable or completely unavailable. There is no front desk or staff on-site, so getting assistance is difficult. Additionally, the property description is misleading, and the location is much farther from the airport than expected.*there is also no soap, Shampoo..*. This hotel( motel) is located at residential area, actually is in alley. No staffs at site, no English. On hotel.com it’s marked as “3 stars”, it’s a scam."

"We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive at the moment, as there are ongoing works on the train lines, so the immediate environment feels a bit unfinished. That said, we genuinely appreciated how quiet the hotel itself was, especially given the location. Overall, it was a convenient and decent option for a one‑night stopover."

"Room was filthy carpet not vacuumed long black hair everywhere on floor u gad to mop the floor myself and then in morning found more black hair in carpet and also on top of desk TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE "
