Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno. Sinceramente, è inaccettabile offrire un simile livello di qualità ai propri ospiti. Peccato, perché sarebbe bastato poco per rendere l’esperienza migliore. "

"My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "

"The apartment was clean located in a safe area and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Other than that: there was no W-Fi, not enough light in the kitchen area, the bathroom was incredible small, hardly one can seat on the toilet, the shower box was very small and extremely slippery. Segnalato alla struttura, ma siccome avevamo provveduto noi alla pulizia della stessa non ci hanno effettuato nessun rimborso ( spese pagate per la pulizia €50)"
