"Nice hotel, large room, I would stay again"

"Our room floor was sticky. The sheets and blankets had stains. The walls were dirty. I will be returning to the area soon to see my family but I will be looking for different lodging."

"Discussing. Stinks. Blood on bathroom walls. Ripped carpet. Rusty lamp. Dishonest staff. What a dump. Paid for two nights, Friday and Saturday checked out Saturday AM because it sucks - was told a refund would be provided for Saturday and have not received it or a response to multiple contact attempts. Person speaking with hotels.com hung up on them. They do smile at least when they rip you off!"
