The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

The staff was beyond helpful. The room was ready early and we were welcomed by a very kind staff member. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was ok for the price value , stayed just overnight for our flight to catchup in the morning staff at reception was very helpful and informative but the room was on ground floor was clean but as soon we entered the room there were lot of mosquitoes so have to kill all before sleep as we had to get a good sleep for flight the bathroom room ok with not good strong as the toilet was far away from bidet shower was quite slippery and risk to fall down so have to be very careful breakfast too was ok lot with mostly options but only hard boiled cold eggs so it was an ok stay but would definitely wouldn’t recommend for longer stay
