"Great room with all necessary amenities. Very nice breakfast and food in the Terrace Restaurant. Sadly upon entering the room found towels on the bathroom floor, all clean but I think had fallen off the heated towel rail. Also found trace of dry urine on the toilet seat which had been missed. Otherwise very good and would return again. AC a nice thing to have."

"Everything about the hotel was first class. Nothing to criticise. We will be using the hotel always from now on, when we visit Llandudno. The only thing I was surprised about was the charge for the car park. Luckily it didn't apply to me as I have a blue badge."
